Refund Policy

Overview

This policy covers refunds and cancellations for services provided by Portalcypresscore Mining Review Co., Ltd., including maintenance window audits, equipment performance reviews, and scheduled cleaning coordination.

Maintenance Window Audit

Full Refund

A full refund is available if:

• You cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled site visit
• We cancel the engagement due to staffing or safety concerns on our end
• We are unable to access your facility due to reasons within our control

Partial Refund

A 50% refund applies if:

• You cancel between 7 and 13 days before the scheduled site visit
• The audit begins but cannot be completed due to inaccurate fleet information provided by the client (e.g., actual unit count exceeds stated count by more than 30%)

No Refund

No refund is issued if:

• You cancel fewer than 7 days before the site visit
• The audit is completed and the report is delivered
• You decline access to portions of the facility after our team arrives
• Work has already started and significant on-site time has been invested

Deposits

For engagements exceeding ₩3,000,000, the 30% deposit is non-refundable if cancellation occurs fewer than 14 days before the scheduled start date.

Equipment Performance Review

Full Refund

• Cancellation at least 7 days before the scheduled test date
• We are unable to perform testing due to equipment unavailability on our end

Partial Refund

• Cancellation 3–6 days before the test date: 50% refund
• Testing begins but cannot be completed because units are not in operable condition (not due to our error): charges apply for time spent

No Refund

• Cancellation fewer than 3 days before the test date
• Completed testing and delivered reports

Scheduled Cleaning Coordination

Single Visits

• Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled window
• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows

Quarterly and Monthly Packages

• Unused visits may be refunded at the per-visit rate if cancellation is requested before the package period begins
• Mid-package cancellation: refund for remaining unused visits minus a 15% administrative fee
• No refund for visits already completed

Rescheduling

One free reschedule is permitted per engagement if requested at least 7 days in advance. Additional reschedules or late reschedule requests may incur a ₩100,000 rebooking fee.

Refund Process

1. Email info@portalcypresscore.click with your name, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
2. We review the request within 5 business days and respond with approval or explanation.
3. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer).

Non-Refundable Items

• Travel costs already incurred for on-site visits that proceed as scheduled
• Replacement filters and materials already purchased for a cleaning visit
• Rush scheduling surcharges (25%) once the engagement has been confirmed

Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, contact us at info@portalcypresscore.click. We aim to resolve disputes within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction described in our Terms of Service.
